Service Fee Agreement
Enchanted Explorations Travel | Salisbury, NC

Enchanted Explorations Travel provides travel planning services for the fees listed below. To begin work, an initial planning fee is required after the first planning session. Once the fee is paid in full, Enchanted Explorations Travel will deliver a quote, then secure and confirm travel arrangements as agreed.
This non-refundable fee is separate from the cost of your trip.

Service Fee Structure

Cruise

Cruise Booking Fee: 

1-5 cabins: $60

Planning fee per person to book one to five cruise cabins. Half price fees after the first two in each cabin. 

6+ cabins: $35

Planning fee per person to book six or more cruise cabins. Half price fees after the first two in each cabin.

Cruise Booking plus Transportation Fee:

1-5 cabins: $75

Planning fee per person to book one to five cruise cabins with transportation to and from port. Half price fees after the first two in each cabin.

6+ cabins: $55

Planning fee per person to book six or more cruise cabins with transportation to and from port. Half price fees after the first two in each cabin.

Full Service Cruising Package: $120

Planning fee per person. Our cruise specialists will assist with booking your cabin, hotel before and after, transportation to and from the port, excursions, and tours you would like to attach before or after your cruise. Half price fees after the first two in each cabin.

Large Group Cruising:

Full-service Cruising Package with discounts as applicable

10 cabins: 50% planning fee discount

20+ cabins: 75% planning fee discount plus no charge for group leader

Theme Parks

Theme Park Consultation Fee: $95

Want to plan your own theme park vacation but just need some advice or tips? We would love to help. This fee includes two one-on-one sessions with our specialists to answer any question you may have. If you change your mind and want additional assistance, this fee can be upgraded to one of our more inclusive packages.

Light Park Package: $175

Planning Fee per reservation to book your room package with tickets, photo pass, and special event tickets.

Enchanted Park Package: $250

Full-service theme park planning. Planning fee per reservation. Our theme park specialists will take care of your trip beginning to end. Your room package with tickets, photo pass, and special event tickets will be booked. We will also set up your App account, link products into your account, book dining reservations, and give tips to make your trip magical.

World Exploration Packages

Touring Itinerary: $100

Planning fee per person. Our team will help you find the best land tour with one of our favorite touring companies.

Touring Itinerary with flights: $150

Planning fee per person. Our team will help you find the best land tour with one of our favorite touring companies plus round-trip airfare.

Exploring Itinerary: $175

Planning fee per person. Our Signature experts will help you plan your dream tour with full customization.

Exploring Itinerary with flights: $250

Planning fee per person. Full-service planning of your dream tour from our Signature experts with full customization. This includes lodging, activities, and round-trip airfare.

Home Away From Home Packages

Lodging: $60

Planning fee per person. Fee for booking a hotel or house only.

Lodging and domestic flight: $95

Planning fee per person. Fee for booking a hotel or house plus domestic flights. Must pay this fee before planning to receive package rate.

Lodging and international flight: $145

Planning fee per person. Fee for booking a hotel or house plus international flights. Must pay this fee before planning to receive package rate.

Flights

Domestic Air Ticket Fee: $45

Per person fee to ticket flights within the USA.

International Air Ticketing Fee: $100

Per person fee to ticket flights leaving or returning to the USA.

Frequent Flyer/Award Booking Fee: $25

Per person fee to ticket flights using frequent flyer miles or any other vouchers.

Transportation

Transportation Fee: $50

Per person fee to book transfers

Per vehicle fee to book rental car

Modifications

Modification Fee: $50

Per person Fee for every modification made after deposit. This is in addition to any applicable supplier penalties.

Cancellation

Trip Cancellation Fee:

Adult: $75

Per person fee to cancel any reservation made for adult 18 years old and over. This is in addition to supplier penalties.

Child: $25

Per person fee to cancel any reservation made for a child under 18 years old. This is in addition to supplier penalties.

Planning fees may be discounted for groups, referrals, and previously traveling Enchanted Explorers. For more information, contact one of our specialists.

By signing the EETbyTC Waiver Form, all clients understand and accept for themselves and the travelers included in their party Enchanted Exploration Travel's Fee Structure. All clients acknowledge and accept there are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to their travel plans and services. All clients agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and know that Enchanted Explorations Travel will not be held responsible, for delayed services should they not pay the proper fee amount for services requested. All clients understand that unused portions of travel vouchers are non-refundable. All clients also understand these fees are separate from the cost of their trip and are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

Travel documents, including passports, visas, and health/vaccination certificates required are your responsibility. Valid passports are absolutely required for all international destinations and the expiration date should be at least 6 months following the return date of your trip. Some countries require that your passport have two to four blank visa/stamp pages. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met. When travelling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification in order to board a flight. (See this link.) Examples: DHS designated enhanced driver’s license, USA Passport, a foreign government passport. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records.
Additionally, a visa and vaccinations may be required. Please note that even when a visa is issued, a traveler may be denied entry since each country’s local immigration officials make the final entry decision. Several factors including past criminal record may contribute to the decision of the local immigration official(s). Should a visa not be issued, Enchanted Explorations Travel is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip. If traveling to or through Canada, travelers with a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) or other conviction record should always check whether current rules exclude admission. Enchanted Explorations feels it is an invasion of privacy to make such an inquiry of you. The final decision of entry rests with the immigration or border services officer. Visit the USA State Department Web site www.travel.state.gov on a regular basis for information regarding incidence of disease, terrorism, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international destination(s), and re-entry into the United States. Required or advised inoculations you decide to obtain upon the advice of your personal physician may need to be administered in a series of doses months ahead of your planned departure and such time element should be taken into account by you when making deposits and/or nonrefundable final payments. Terms and Conditions

Availability and price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made. Quotes in a foreign currency fluctuate with exchange rates and international payments may carry a foreign transaction fee. Enchanted Explorations Travel will make every effort to honor the price as originally quoted, however, under certain circumstances additional costs by a supplier or government may be imposed due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components.
Flight confirmation is subject to availability and prices are subject to change after the date of deposit, including price increases in the fee for a seat assignment, fee for baggage, applicable fuel surcharges, or an increase in a government imposed fee or tax. Passport copies are required to confirm international air reservations. Correct legal names that match identification to be used for travel must be provided by the client to Enchanted Explorations Travel. Name changes are not permitted on airline tickets. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information on the Travel Information form. Enchanted Explorations Travel is not responsible for costs incurred by incorrect information provided for travel planning including reservations and airline tickets. Once purchased, US air transaction prices will not increase, except for potential charges resulting from government imposed taxes or fees. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to pay for such charges and authorize Enchanted Explorations Travel to charge your credit card for such additional amounts. Certain suppliers reserve the right to increase prices to cover increased costs, fuel surcharges, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. If for any reason your credit card charges are later declined, reversed, or Enchanted Explorations Travel is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, you acknowledge that this is a binding contract and Enchanted Explorations Travel shall be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection. Overnight shipping fees for documents shipped to client from Enchanted Explorations Travel may be billed to client.
Enchanted Explorations Travel offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Enchanted Explorations Travel does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, customer agrees that Enchanted Explorations Travel acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Enchanted Explorations Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, death, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith. 

By signing the EETbyTC Waiver Form you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Enchanted Explorations Travel's Terms & Conditions and understand and accept the Client Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and for all travelers included in your party.
